What is personal data?

There are two types of data:

  2. Sensitive data: physical and mental health, sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, criminal record, union membership.

Who are we, what do we do and how do we obtain your personal data?

Stratton Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Ilfov, Romania on the recruitment market since 2015.

We collect personal data only from potential candidates for a job in the UK.

We obtained your personal data either directly from you, or through a job site or a social media site such as LinkedIn, Facebook, E-jobs, BestJobs.

We collect personal data so that we can carry out our recruitment activity.

The personal data we collect and how we use it

This section is for people who want to use or are already using our recruiting services:

  • Education, qualifications, skills
  • Identity card, personal numerical code, criminal record

Why do we process your personal data and the legal justification for which we do it?

In providing our recruitment services, we will perform the processing of personal data that is necessary to achieve our legitimate interests and which includes:

What happens if we obtain your personal data from a third party?

Part of our activity consists in researching the labor market in order to fill the jobs available to our clients. This may include obtaining personal data from online sources, such as social media sites: LinkedIn, Facebook, E-jobs, BestJobs, some information being public, others being from sites or providers to which we have subscribed. . From time to time, we may receive personal information about you from employers, colleagues or former employers or from people for whom you have provided services or have been employed in another way.

If the information from third parties is not useful to us or if you have notified us in a written request that you do not want us to continue to provide you with services, we will delete it. However, we can keep a limited record to avoid duplication of the process. Sensitive personal data

Regardless of the basis of your relationship with us, we ask that you do not provide us with sensitive personal data unless this is absolutely necessary. If you do not want to provide us with your necessary personal data
