Travel and work rules in Wales
Wales is no longer under severe austerity measures, after a two-week lockdown that ended on November 8. Although there is freedom of movement within the country and activities are open, there are still a number of limitations, travel and work rules, some in the form of a recommendation, others imposed under the threat of a fine.
Isolation
First of all, if you arrive in Wales from Romania, you have to go into isolation for 14 days (Romania is not on the list of countries exempt from this rule).
From the airport you have to go directly to the isolation, to the address you announce to the authorities. You are not allowed to leave the place, to receive guests, etc.
The place of isolation can only be left in extraordinary circumstances, such as emergency medical care, food / medicine (if there is no one to bring you), if you have to go to the funeral of a close relative / friend.
After 14 days, isolation ceases, provided you do not develop specific symptoms of COVID-19. In this case, stay under observation, apply for a test or call the emergency number 999.

household
In Wales you are not allowed to receive guests at home (or in the garden), unless they are part of the extended household (extended household means two households coming together in a “bubble” so that one can lean on the other in case of need).
Groups of maximum 4 people
Instead, you can meet anyone outside, outdoors, provided it is not a group of more than 4 people (to which can be added children under 11).
Even in these conditions, it is recommended to keep a social distance, as well as to observe the other hygiene rules.
The work
Wales recommends working from home, if possible. If not, people can go to work. Employers must provide them with safe working conditions.
Protective mask
Anyone over the age of 11 must wear a protective mask in public transport (bus, tram, taxi, boat, plane).
The mask is mandatory in enclosed public spaces.
The mask is also mandatory at work, if you work in an area with a public.
Restaurants, bars, cafes
Restaurants, bars and cafés are open, but it operates according to certain rules. It is not allowed in groups of more than 4 people (plus children under 11, if applicable). In general, it is good to make a reservation.
You will be asked for an ID, credit card or document to identify and address.
